In addition to the on-field action, there were a few notable injuries in the game. Ravens’ rookie wide receiver Rashod Bateman left the game early with a hamstring injury, which will be something to monitor as the season approaches. Cowboys’ offensive lineman Tyron Smith also suffered a minor ankle injury, but it is not expected to be serious.
Looking ahead, both teams will have areas to address as they continue their preparations for the regular season. For the Ravens, the backup quarterback battle will be a focal point, as McSorley and Huntley look to solidify their roles behind Jackson.
